Acceptance

By using Stakr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and Pro subscribers.

What Stakr provides

Stakr provides AI-generated tech stack recommendations and related developer content. Recommendations are generated by a large language model (Claude by Anthropic) and are advisory in nature. You are responsible for evaluating their suitability for your specific project.

Accounts and usage

You must create an account to use the Advisor. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Free accounts are limited to a set number of recommendations per month. Pro accounts have higher limits as described on the pricing page. Abuse of limits (e.g., creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions) is prohibited.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you have not generated more than 2 recommendations during that period. Contact us to request a refund.

Prohibited use

You may not use Stakr to:

• Resell or repackage recommendations without permission
• Attempt to scrape, clone, or reverse-engineer the service
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Submit false or misleading project inputs to manipulate outputs

Disclaimer

Stakr provides recommendations "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that recommendations are accurate, complete, or suitable for your use case. Tool pricing, features, and availability change; always verify with the tool vendor before making decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stakr and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any technical or architectural decisions made based on AI recommendations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email if you have an account.
